ARC Architects is an eleven-person architecture design firm that is inventive, inclusive and committed to sustainable design solutions. 

Our focus is on civic buildings, recreation facilities and projects for non-profit service providers and underserved populations. Our mission is to exceed our clients’ expectations and to create innovative and lasting environments.

We are currently at work on city halls for the cities of Redmond, Union Gap and Mountlake Terrace; community recreation facilities for Eastside Tacoma, Port Angeles, Fircrest and Peninsula Metropolitan District; an affordable housing project in Seattle’s Rainier Beach Neighborhood, Elder Housing for the Puyallup Tribe of Indians and housing renovations for the King County Housing Authority. We are seeking an architectural candidate with 2-6 years of experience. Successful applicants will be collaborators interested in contextual, sustainable and engaged design; contributors to an office culture of relaxed professionalism organized into supportive design studios; and lifelong students of both design and technical issues. REVIT expertise and a strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is preferred. A Master’s degree or professional Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.
