Job Summary
Working in cooperation with and under the direction of the Project Architect – Job Captain is responsible for the technical development and contract documentation of the project. The documentation process shall be in accordance with the contract requirements for the project  schedule and assigned staff hours for all design phases through to construction administration.

Responsibilities and Duties

Bachelor's degree in Architecture
5+ years of experience
Experience in the area of healthcare facilities preferred.
Registered Architect or in process of becoming licensed
Understands and is technically proficient with REVIT.
Reviews all applicable codes and leads and monitors the project team members in the development of the project.
Directs the preparation of the contract documents through all phases of the project and has ability to multi-task various assignments.
Coordinates work with consultants through all phases of the project.
Assists the Project Architect/Project Manager in project meetings and design presentations
