Noll & Tam Architects is a 40-person, award-winning architectural firm in West Berkeley celebrating 25 years in business. Public projects are our focus: libraries and other community and civic facilities, higher education and K-12 schools, and workplace interior design and space planning. We are currently seeking a Project Manager / Project Architect with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in non-residential projects to both lead and support projects in the office. Your qualifications should include a strong design sensibility, ability to present design concepts to clients and community groups, and strength in critical thinking and problem solving.
Requirements for the position include:
- Masters or Bachelors of Architecture from an accredited program
- Licensed to practice architecture (or on the path to licensure)
- Working experience with Revit and other 3D presentation graphics software
- Good technical design and detailing skills
- Knowledge of the CBC and accessibility codes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Graphic skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- LEED Accreditation
