MG+CO Architects is a small design studio located in the SOMA district San Francisco since 1988, within 1 block of Cal Trans station at 4th and Townsend Street. 

We are involved in the design, production and construction supervision of Wineries, Custom Homes, Hospitality and Restaurants. We value a creative, team approach to the studio design effort. 

MG+CO Architects strives to provide unique, well crafted design solutions based upon a belief in the enduring qualities of modernist principles. We incorporate energy efficient design parameters and work with highly qualified Engineering Consultants for state of the art systems whenever possible. Our project types include custom single family homes, Hospitality and Restaurants, as well as Wineries and Tasting Rooms. We limit our work load to allow time for thoughtful design solutions and reasonable working hours.

Our projects are generally small, $3 to $10 million in construction costs and can sometimes exceed that amount for projects with multiple structures. We have been in business in San Francisco since 1986 and are conveniently located in the SOMA district, a half block from the CalTrain and Muni stations at 4th and Townsend Streets.

MG+CO Architects is hiring a Senior Architect.

The candidate will be an organized, thoughtful, team player capable of developing design ideas and implementing them into construction documents.

Minimum requirements are a Bachelor of Architecture or comparable degree from an accredited University, advanced AutoCAD BIM skills, or the ability to learn quickly, basic Microsoft Office skills, Sketchup and Adobe skills are also an advantage.

Personal time management is essential as we are a small office where Project Architects work with minimal management oversight.
