We’re looking for a Project Designer with 7 years of experience. Candidates should exhibit design and technological sophistication in their work samples and be self-starting, energetic, and creative.

Responsible for the aesthetic, conceptual and planning development for projects. Design skills to include programming/planning, exterior/interior architectural design, site design and master planning. Market-sector specific knowledge of Healthcare and Education preferred. 

Proficient in executing planning and design concepts as set forth by the Design Director while meeting the client's expectations.  Assist the Project Leader and Design Director during the design phases with evidence-based research, graphic materials and presentations as required. 

Strong sketching, 3-D computer modeling and rendering skills essential. Participate in client meetings and presentation of creative concepts to clients on behalf of the project team.

Research and utilize innovative design processes in an efficient and effective manor to develop successful planning and design solutions. 
Provide design leadership to the project team, during all phases of a project.
Represents the firm, participating as a key member of business development teams.

Salary:    $70,000.00 yearly
