HGA is a 750+ person, award winning architecture, engineering and planning firm with eight (8) locations across the United States. Within in our San Francisco, CA office, we are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, driven and creative Senior Interior Project Manager. This individual should be experienced in actively directing project teams and looking to take a leadership role in building long-term strategic relationships.

PREFERRED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE
Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree from an accredited Interior Design or Architecture program
10+ years of architectural/interiors experience
Experience in actively directing project teams and looking to take a leadership role in building long-term strategic relationships.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.
Demonstrate the ability to oversee and be responsible for project delivery.
Excellent design skills and possesses attention to detail and an appreciation for creative and thoughtful design.
Creative and technical design skills including space planning, finish and furniture selections and specifications, in addition to design detailing, and construction documentation.
Technical skills including 3D visualization and knowledge of modeling programs a plus
NCIDQ Certification or Licensed Architect
LEED certification a plus
Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other graphic tools
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works with Principal to assemble proposals
Sets and manages design fees
Works with Architectural and Interior Design teams to develop leading edge, innovative interior design solutions.
Enthusiastically works with clients and design team to interpret and evaluate client requirements for successful project designs.
Exhibits a passion for design and innovation and thought leadership with regard to workplace strategy.
Researches materials and concepts to advise and support design team on technical issues influencing interior design concept development.
Collaborates and communicates effectively and professionally with multidisciplinary team members.
Reviews material submittals and conducts on-site observations.
