We are looking for an intermediate level architectural staff member (project architect if licensed) with 5-8 yrs of post-graduate experience.
The ideal candidate is hard-working, organized, self-directed and has good communication skills internally as well as with our outside partners; including consultants, stakeholders, clients and communities.
Supported by project directors, this position will utilize knowledge in U.S.-based architectural design and construction experiences to translate Principal's design vision into reality perhaps while leading a small team (1-2 person) depending on project size and complexity. Management and coordination with outside consultants are anticipated
Experience: 5-8 years of professional work experience (excluding internship) Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment, balancing multiple projects. Scope of work can range from programming test-fit, planning studies, architectural massing, concept and schematic design phases through construction administration. Architect's license not required but candidate should be in process with satisfying licensing requirements.
Responsibilities: Provide design support to Principal and Project Directors with massing and concept phases • Working collaboratively with larger team, leading junior staff, contribute to iterative design development process, with potential to follow through into Construction
Software Skills: 2d/3d CAD Revit Rhino Vray 3dsMax
