HTO Architect, PLLC is a full service architectural firm based in Manhattan, specializing in the design of high-rise residential, hospitality, and mixed-use buildings in New York City and beyond.
We are looking for a motivated, professional, and detail-oriented individuals with 7-10+ years of experience (preferred) to join our team as a Project Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience working from schematic design through construction documents/construction administration phases, consultant coordination, and with project and team management.
Applicant must have an Architectural Degree (min BSA) and excellent communication & multi-tasking skills.
An architectural license is NOT required for this position.
Applicant must be Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, InDesign; and able to excel in a team environment as well as individually.
