Arquitectoncia is a design-focused architecture, interior design and planning firm that began in Miami in 1977 as an experimental studio. Led by Bernardo Fort-Brescia and Laurinda Spear, that studio has evolved into a worldwide practice, combining the creative spirit of the founding Principals with the efficiency of delivery and reliability of a major architectural firm. This position is specifically for the New York office.  

Full-time positions are available for work on several projects around the world with an immediate focus on work in the US and Canada. Projects will range in variety from high-rise residential, to large scale mixed-use developments and master planning. Successful candidates will work in all stages of project development from concept design through to construction administration and capabilities/interests of the candidate will determine their involvement.  

Position requirements include:  

Professional architecture degree from an accredited university 5-8 years post-grad experience Strong portfolio of professional work illustrating graphic and design sensibility Well organized, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and accurately complete tasks with minimal supervision Ability to collaborate well in a team environment and to develop junior colleagues Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Fluent in English, both written and spoken Legal eligibility to work in the United States Compensation will be suited to experience and capabilities.
