The ideal Junior/Intermediate architect candidate(s) for our Tribeca Office and our Upstate Hudson office would be an enthusiastic and outgoing individual with abilities in design, hand and computer drawing, organization and communication skills. Experience in residential work is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

Accredited Professional or Graduate degree in Architecture with at least 2-4 years professional experience.
AutoCAD proficiency
Proficient with Adobe and Microsoft Office products
Knowledge of 3D modeling, presentation and design software
Hand sketching, written and verbal commination is are key
Skilled at multitasking and working toward multiple deadlines
Competence in working with a fast-paced, collaborative design environment
Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently
Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with team members
Assisting in creation and management of projects budgets and schedules
Design and Material Research
Compensation to be determined after interview and dependent on experience
