Job Duties
•    Accurately generate Schematic Design documents to deadline with minimal supervision
•    Develop unit plans, building plans, site plans, and building elevations
•    Modify/ revise drawings as required (red lines)
•    Provide check set for Project Team to review
•    Must demonstrate the basic understanding of code research as it relates to the project
•    Perform accessibility review prior to Schematic Design completion of the job
•    Ensure project task list is updated on completion of work assigned in conjunction with Project Team

Required Education & Experience
•    3-4 years’ experience in Architecture; preferably multi-family, residential or mixed use
•    Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture
•    Strong experience in SketchUp 3D Modeling and design software required
•    Proficiency in AutoCAD
•    Must have some Site Design experience and have developed design or technical solutions under supervision of an architect on individual projects.    
•    Basic understanding of architectural Schematic Design drawing co-ordination
•    Knowledge of MS Office programs
