Position Overview Method is looking to fill an open Project Designer position in our Austin office. Our Designers work on every phase of building design projects including site assessment, programming, schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration. Each Designer will work as a member of a larger team to complete projects and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the process.  

Responsibilities Responsibilities - RFQ research, assessment and meetings - Site Assessment and Verification - Programming, Schematic Design, and Design Development - Construction Documents - Construction Administration - Finishes Selection - 3D Renderings - Conference calls and meetings with clients, engineers, vendors, and general contractors  

Qualifications Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree - Minimum 3‐5 years of relevant work experience (Preference given to experience focused in the public sector) - Excellent communication skills - Able to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) - Proficient in Adobe Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) - Proficient in Revit, 3d rendering/visualization software, and AutoCAD
