OLA - Office for Local Architecture, LLC, a small full-service commercial architecture firm with a focus on sustainable design located in downtown Austin, is seeking new team members to take on a leadership role in a growing architecture and sustainability consulting practice. 
Minimum requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture
Minimum of 1 to 4 years of professional architecture experience working on commercial or multifamily projects
Ability to work independently (but know when to ask questions)
Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
Strong understanding of Revit
Capable skills with presentation software such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Interest in sustainable design, the craft of construction, and contextual design
Experience putting together a set of construction documents a plus.
3D rendering skills - Revit, Sketchup, V-ray
Ability to work in a collaborative open office environment

Preferred requirements:
LEED Accredited Professional, or pursuing accreditation
Pursuing licensure
